Can we talk about food?? Namely breakfast.....
When you are on a diet, the natural course of action (which is wholly psychological!) is to have the lowest-calorie breakfast going, right?

to everyone who has got this wrong over their whole lives...including me!!
The trick to successful weight loss is actually having a breakfast that has the highest wholefood calories of any meal every day...YES, REALLY!! I HAVE NOT GONE MAD!!
Breakfast literally is the most important meal of the day...not one to be skipped, scrimped on, or even deemed as "not important" because your weight will suffer this way.
So here are 2 rules you will need to learn.....
📐THE REVERSE TRIANGLE OF MEALS:
Make breakfast your highest calorific meal, then lunch, then dinner, which should be the lowest.
💨THE 6-5-4 APPROACH:
This means that breakfast should be around 600 calories, lunch around 500 calories, and dinner 400 calories= 1500 calories a day
To be clear, this is for weight loss, but weight loss can be sustained in a way where you don't feel like you want to chew your own arm off!
